Moshe Feldenkrais discovered movement techniques that complement the way the human body was designed to move, and implemented a methodology to improve human performance and decrease pain and stiffness. He also discovered why the human body becomes stiff and restricted. Learn some Feldenkrais methods that will help decrease pain and stiffness.

Seminar Description: Happy Feet: How important are your feet as they relate to the rest of your body? This course will give you insight into how an injury to your foot could be the cause of hip or back pain. In some instances a misaligned foot can cause neck and shoulder pain. The happy feet course will measure four distinct areas that will help you determine if our feet are happy, and if your feet are happy the rest of your body will be happier to.
