John G. Fox, P.T., M.A., C.W.T.

Mr. John G. Fox has been a physical therapist for more than 20 years. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Science. He has extensive experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He has taken numerous courses in spinal/extremity mobilization and manipulation. He is well versed in the Feldenkrais method and other integrated somatic therapies. He is an instructor for the American Back School and has instructed nurses and nurse's aides in proper body mechanics for over 17 years. He has developed an excellent relationship with the medical community and strongly believes in physical therapy and the positive effects it has on his referred patients. He also takes great pride in the referrals received by the medical doctors and honors the trust they have in him.

It was no mistake that John Fox chose to become a physical therapist. His friends, family and patients all say that he was "born" for the role. And after 20 years as a physical therapist, he still has a passion for it. Maybe that's because he learns something new from each of his patients.

Laurie Fox, Office Manager

Laurie and her assistants are experts in the profession of billing and collection. Laurie has taken numerous courses in the field of third party billing and continues to update herself and her staff on the proper way of handling all patient insurance billing. Laurie and her staff handle all insurance questions. Upon making an appointment with us they will verify your insurance and determine your benefits. Their primary goal is to inform you of your insurance benefits and to make this process one of ease. Please contact her with all your insurance questions. Laurie's key passions are her children, Cameron and Hailey and of course her husband. "They are the joys of my life."

Joanne, Receptionist

Joanne is a front desk receptionist at SportsCare Physical Therapy. She has been working with us for a year. She is a very caring, enthusiastic and consciencious worker. She has been in the medical field for eight years and enjoys working with people and watching them progress throughout their treatment. Joanne is willing to help in any way she can to make our facility operate efficiently. In her free time she enjoys her family, cooking and going to the beach.

Ed Stellato, Physical Therapy Aide

Ed has been a physical therapy aide for the past 3 years. He enjoys working in a physical therapy facility and learning something new each day. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Hofstra University. He is currently applying to physical therapy school. He enjoys helping people and teaching them how to help themselves live healthier lives. He is a kind, caring person who likes to have fun. In his free time Eddie enjoys going to the gym and watching sports especially football. His favorite sports team is the New York Jets.

Jessica Walsh, ATC

Jessica received her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois while simultaneously playing Division I soccer for four years. During her freshman year, her team was undefeated in the Summit League Conference. Jessica has been fortunate to work in various rehabilitation settings. She has been exposed to and used a variety of rehabilitation techniques in the rehabilitation process of collegiate and high school athletes.

Jessica enjoys and excels at being part of helping patients feel better and progressing the athlete back to the sport they love. "Every person's rehabilitation is different and on a different time table but when the proper goals are set, recovery is not far behind." Jessica truly enjoys being a part of helping patients meet their goals. Jessica takes great pride in being the Godmother to her three-year-old niece, Paige. "She keeps me busy in my spare time."
